have probably came across people who
have the method body washes i swear
they're like taking over tick tock right
now there's so many blogs of like
including the method body washes i
haven't heard of the method body
brand ever besides for when it came up
on my for you page on tick tock now they
didn't necessarily like strike me
necessarily but they did get my freaking
sister my sister bought different kinds
of the method body washes um that she
gave to me to show you guys on this
so my sister knows that i love
all things body care and stuff like that
so she got like these four different
method body washes that she said that we
could share and he asked her if i could
do a video on these and she said oh my
goodness yes um so these are all the
method body washes she got and
definitely got quite the amount
with you guys about these soaps to just
see if they're like worth the hype and
stuff like that because literally they
are so popular on tick tock right now i
thought it'd be a fun video to do with
you guys so if you are interested in
body care and the method body washes
that are like taking over tick tock
please keep before she got four
method body washes and that includes the
pure peace method body wash
as well as the simply nourish
then the stay hydrated
and lastly wind down
now i feel like the packaging is
extremely simple it honestly reminds me
of the philosophy body stuff in a way um
they have a very just simplistic like
aesthetic to all of their stuff and it
kind of reminds me of that in a way
but i really really like the feel to the
bottles it feels super super just nice
i don't really know how to like describe
it but it's just super super soft
all the colors are very very like mute
they're not like too bright or anything
like that but they have just a really
just calming like colors and stuff like
that which i feel like it's their like
approach um on this brand it's not very
like loud or anything like that um like
for example bath and body work some
other packaging could be very like loud
and exciting
well this is just very mute and kind of
like toned down
the bottles feel very very nice they're
nice and soft so yeah i feel like their
aesthetic and vibe is a little bit
different in comparison to some other
body wash brands but everybody who's
probably watching this wants to know how
it smells and how it is in the shower so
we will get through that now i did
actually try a couple of these in the
shower and i will say
they smell amazing and they are very
very moisturizing they have a very very
nice consistency to them
it's honestly quite thick these soaps
are honestly so moisturizing that like i
would literally get out of the shower
and like forget to put on lotion and i'd
be like oh my goodness i didn't put on
any lotion and i would literally get
like undressed again to like put on some
lotion
but that's how good they made my skin
feel they actually made me feel very
very moisturized to the point where like
i didn't feel like i needed lotion my
skin can get very very dry especially
during the winter which is right now but
yeah like they honestly made my skin
feel like super super moisturized after
getting out of the shower so that is for
sure a plus and it also lathered quite
well so i did use a washcloth in the
shower every time that i use these
that's just what i use and i did notice
that it lathered quite well um nothing
like too special i mean that's exactly
what i expected yeah it does have a
decent lather i mean i have had soaps
where like there's like literally no
lather to them at all like it's
ridiculous like you're supposed to be a
soap like you had one job
but these for sure do their job they
lather really nice they smell good in
the shower and they make you feel clean
and moisturized so as far as the
practicality of these soaps they are
quite good and the price for them isn't
too too bad as well i mean you do get 18
fluid ounces and i believe they're
around seven dollars i like target
WHERE TO BUY ?i wouldn't bother getting them on amazon
right now they're quite expensive on
there but target it's it's all right
i mean maybe
not the best price for the
amount of product you're getting i feel like there's probably other brands that are a little bit cheaper to where you get a little bit more product for uh your money but it isn't like ridiculously like terrible or anything like that it's not like 20 dollars for a bottle or something like that but yeah it's like around seven dollars for each bottle not terrible especially if you're giving these as like a gift or something like that but i'm sure everybody reading is dying to know how these actually smell so let's get into that so i'm going to go into my favorite one out of all these and that is the wind down method body wash so you can see these scent notes that are right on the bottom it's right smack dab on the front and that is chamomile star flower and blue lavender um it is called wind down so it is supposed to be like calming you know you use this before you go to bed and oh my goodness like it just smells so go like
if you guys want like a very dumbed down it's like a fresh lavender kind of smell
but it the lavender isn't like super
strong like i have a lot of essential
oils of lavender and like it could be
like very in your face a little bit
green sometimes
but this one is just a like
cool
soothing soft lavender kind of smel
with a little bit of florals and stuff
like that the floor is a little bit more
in the back the star player in here is
definitely the lavender
and i feel like the blue lavender is
supposed to kind of represent like it
being like cool and fresh which is what
i said you can definitely tell it's a
lot fresher and cooler than what a true
lavender scent smells like
but yeah super super good i love it if
you love lavender you're going to love
this no doubt
so the next one which i have here is
stay hydrated this one is really really
good as well
it's quite an interesting scent as well
like
it smells like a fruit candy like if
you've ever smelled like sweet starts or
yeah honestly the one that's coming to
mind is like sweet tarts like if you know what sweet tarts smell like this is
literally what it smells like like it just has this really just nice like honestly sugariness to it um i have
no idea what the actual scent notes are in here but like it literally smells like it is just so bizarr
i wouldn't have expected it to smell
like this but it does like it literally
smells like sweet tarts so the next one that i have is the simply nourish
body wash this one's probably my least favorite because it's not as fragrant i think as the other ones but it has scent
notes of coconut rice milk and shea
butter now i'm not the most like natural
kind of person in the world so maybe
like
all like the very natural scents are
just not exciting to me
but it still smells good it just doesn't
excite me as the other ones
and yeah i mean it is quite fragrant um
it's just not what i'm looking for in a
body wash
but it honestly smells like
oats and like coconut like does that
make sense it's like a very creamy
oat kind of coconut smell it does smell
really really good just not really my
vibe and then lastly i really really
like this one as well um it's probably
like my third favorite out of these
and is pure piece
and i love me some floral notes i love
love love floral notes and this has rose
and peony in it like girl like
that is like the wombo combo like that
is like it that is those are my girls
those are my go-to's and like so many
fragrances i love rose and peony and i'm
sure it is to a lot of other people but
yeah the sun notes are rose water
yeah the scents are peony rose water and
pink sea salt
now i feel like the reason why i don't
like it that much is because of the pink
sea salt
i would much rather a pure floral scent
um but i feel like the pink sea salt
kind of just makes it a little bit more
like salty and beachy in a way
like you can definitely pick up that
scent note in this wash
but i feel like at least in my opinion
it probably could do without it i am
just a like plain jane like floral notes
kind of girl
the pink sea salt doesn't really excite
me that much
and yeah i just wish it was a little bit
more like fresher
but girl it does still smell like rose
and peony
i honestly
pick up the peony more than like the
rose water
i mean this isn't like a true rose once
again and i should probably clarify that
it's rose water not like a true rose but
rose water still smells like rose yeah i
for sure pick up that peony and peony is
definitely much more like a calmer
floral than rose is rose is definitely
way more fresh but yeah there isn't any
like green notes to this body wash it
simply is just like a pretty
peony
rose kind of scent
and that pink sea salt kind of gives it
a little bit of like a salty beachy
in a way
but if you girl if you like rose and
peony you're definitely going to like
this
i'm just being picky here
but so yeah that's it for today's video

so do i think these are worth the hype
i do i'm gonna be so honest like i think
these are pretty damn worth it these
smell amazing like if you are trying to
take a break from like bath and body works or stuff like that you're looking
for a little bit more quality girl these
are good these are honestly so so good
they lather really well i feel
moisturized after the shower like i
genuinely mean this like i actually do
feel very moisturized when i use these
like after the shower and stuff like
that
the wine down and the stay hydrated are
for sure my favorites
and then a closed third is the pure
piece and then lastly these simply
nourish
i'm just not a simply nourished natural
kind of girl
and i do like the pure peace one
you really can't go wrong with it um if
you like florals you'll like it but once
again there is that pink sea salt note
but girl wind down to stay hydrated so
good literally smells like a cool fresh
lavender but not too too strong very
very calming
and then we got like sweet tarts girl sweet tarts i'm in love with it so yeah
i honestly do think it's worth it um if
you're able to splurge like a little bit
um on these body washes um i'm sure that
you would probably want a little bit
more for your product when you're paying
seven dollars for a bottle so yeah
although i think you guys will probably
want a little bit more product for uh
your money regularly like when you're
buying soaps and stuff like that but i
do think this is a good like gift or
splurge item for when you're feeling it
so do you think they honestly are pretty
